So we all know the story of how Dorothy ended up in the good ol' land of Oz right??
Well, believe it or not, and we hear this on good account......she was actually born there!
Yes, you heard correctly. Dorothy was BORN in OZ!
 
And her mother was none other that the Wicked Witch she landed the house upon. How sad!
The story goes, that on little Dot's third birthday Glinda (yes Glinda the GOOD WITCH) took Dorothy and smuggled her to Kansas City. And why did she do this?
Because she was jealous. Jealous of what Dorothy would grow up to be.
So much for a godd witch huh???
